Business Process Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I'm getting this error when I amend a new contact, any ideas?

    Hi, 
    Are there any attributes that are not populated? Or maybe the error is coming from the plug?
    Did it come out of nowhere? Was it possible to create new contacts normally before?
    If so, I suggest you follow the steps below to create a ticket for the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.
