Posting hours for Projects that are complete in the time sheet

Is there a way we can clock hours for time sheets that are complete and not blocked from posting.
Currently I see jobs that are open only populate the dropdown.

    Do you mean that if the Project status is complete you can't post time sheets to it? This is standard behaviour. You will have to re-open the projects to post time entries to them.
