I am unable to receive an item which was sent as a sample. got an error saying "QTY should be positive", although the QTY is positive.

    Hi

    I just tried to create a movement journal and processed it and it got posted without errors, in fact I tried with both positive and negative qty and it worked.

    can you please check whether any customization has been done specifically?

    this issue was because of wrong logic in the custom code. its working fine now.
