Hello,

Does D365 have the ability to change the date aging as of & balance as of by itself every month and send me the report

Hi,

There is no option to change these parameter dates automatically. You can consider a customization for this requirement. There are some reports in the application that can work with period definitions to calculate a specific date. (e.g. last day of previous month).

Hi,

You can do email setup were you can directly send from D365 to client, but as Andre said there is no out of box option to change the parameters date automatically.

There are 2 options:

1. Someone need to generate the report and just click send, so it will send the email (without customization) or

2. Customize to automatically update the parameter date and link to email.

Hi,

I think one of the workaround you can try is leave Aging of and balance of date field blank and set there ocurrence of batch and setup print destination email .

In this case ideally it should generate report using batch run date
