There seems to have been some hotfixes released by IE for some recent version of Windows, which seems to address this issue.
Based on the version of your OS you can download and install these patches to fix the issue at hand.
Windows 10

Seems a recent update to IE broke display of quite a few things in all versions of Dynamics CRM.
