Quick Print not working as expected

Hi Guys,

Kinda pulling my hair out on this one. Could anyone tell me if there would be a reason why using quick print through FRxForecaster would work perfectly to a desktop printer, however doing the same thing to an MFP (Cannon IR models) blanks out random sets of data with black filled in boxes?

you may need to check the printer settings and page setting;

seems like printer is not being properly configured.

box print is the default printing of test print page.

its not related to any report settings or dynamics setting.
