We have been working lately trying to lock down our email signatures, and we seem to run into road blocks when it comes to standardizing signatures within Dynamics. Currently within Dynamics, each of our reps has their own signature, which is automatically added to any one-off emails that they send. If they send a Quick Campaign email though, their signature does NOT come through, so we have been finding ways to add in make shift signatures to Templates that use dynamically pulled fields from the User table. If a rep tries to use one of these templates as a one-off email, they will now have two email signatures (one from the template and their own normal signature). We are exploring our options with the Marketing module, as well as with Active Directory for Office 365, but we can't seem to find a solution. Does anyone know of a good approach to help streamline signatures, or of a piece of add-on software we can use with Dynamics to help us accomplish this?
