How can I generate a statement of account from GP 2010?

    Hi Rotchine,

    If you go to Sales Routines - Statements where you can print statement for each customers.

    Hi Babu,

    Yes, I tried to print from Sales Routines - Statements. But my report is showing series of XXXXXXXX value which supposed to be real value for that report...

    Do you know what's the reason for this?

    That sounds like you have Alignment Form rather than Statements selected in the Print area of the window (top right below the Description).

    Hi Ian,

    Yes, I have tried to print also using the Statement form. But what's the purpose of printing the statement in Alignment form?
