Subject: Dual-Write Currency syncing issues between F&O Sales order, lines & Dynamics 365 Sales order, lines: Update of currency in F&O order not reflecting in D365 Sales order, lines
Hi Guys,
Need your help. I have a requirement that when sales order is created in F&O and lines are added. It successfully sync b/w F&O and D365 sales. The currency is also mapped correctly. However when I change currency in F&O header (through F&O sales order form). Currency changes in F&O but in D365 sales (/ Dataverse) it don't change and nothing happen in sales. However if other fields (added in dual-write mapping) changed in F&O it reflects back in dynamics sales.
Please advise which tables are necessary to accomplish above. Also I am wondering are there any other fields in F&O order and lines which need to be added in dual-write mapping to achieve above. We are mostly using default mapping of Dual-write for SO and SO lines tables. Currency field is there in mapping.
Note: We have synced the currency table. We haven't sync any other currency table like exchange rate etc.
