we are working on upgrade AX 2012 to D365 finance & operation and while we test our cycle we found that we can't print any form or report because print button is dimed as per the below print screen. also, when we tried to make CNT+P the form printed as the print screen. so, there are any suggestion to fix this issue.

You need to set up the Document Routing Agent: docs.microsoft.com/.../install-document-routing-agent
Or enable the new feature of PDF viewer: docs.microsoft.com/.../preview-pdf-documents

Printing business documents in D365 finance and operation comparing to AX 2012 is different. You have to install Document routing agent to enable printing option. Please refer to the MS doc link that MATTGUO shared.

Thanks for your reply, but be noted that we have concerns for these solutions
solution 1: if we use Document Routing Agent the users who access D365 external the company. users can't print any document because he/she must connect internal via domain network.
Solution 2: when we try to apply the second solution, we found that all reports divided into pages to be ready for print (please find the below print screen)
so are there alternative solution?
Where your External users are sitting, If they are not in the company premises then they must be working from home or from any other outside premises. Within the DRA you can select the printers you want to be made available to D365, it could be your house printer or any other printer in the premises you are sitting. Its not necessary that You should have a print server in the cloud.
Users will see only those printers which system admin will give them access to.
Kindly be noted that we followed the first recommended option " Document Routing Agent '' and already registered our printer but we found that all printers show for all users when they try to print.
so, what about the availability to show specific printer for specific department to avoid business conflict?
Example: we have 5 printers (A,B,C,D,E) in our company for 5 departments and we registered all of them.
so, what is the availability to show Printer ''A'' for Human Resources only and grantee that they didn't have access or see the other printers?
this seems to be a new question, not related to "Print button disabled".
