Advanced find saved views

Hi all,

I have one user with an issue using 'saved views' in advanced find. When they click onto saved views for any entity (accounts, contacts etc..) they should have ability to select a view from the drop down list. The only option my user is getting is the 'active saved views'.

Using CRM 2011, IE 10. Have got user to log onto another computer but the same thing is happening. Users with the same security roles can use the drop down list with no issues.

Any ideas anyone?

Is this user assign to a Team if so how many.

You can use the role based tool for crm which is available free in the market. Follow the steps mentioned in the below link.

Could this issue be caused by security role for the user?

Sorted this out - compatibility view settings in IE, rebooted and now it loads the list.
