Hi all,
I have one user with an issue using 'saved views' in advanced find. When they click onto saved views for any entity (accounts, contacts etc..) they should have ability to select a view from the drop down list. The only option my user is getting is the 'active saved views'.
Using CRM 2011, IE 10. Have got user to log onto another computer but the same thing is happening. Users with the same security roles can use the drop down list with no issues.
Any ideas anyone?
