In 2009 we had access to:
MICROSOFT DYNAMICS® NAV 2009
Microsoft Official Training Materials for Microsoft Dynamics ®
Nothing similar for 2013?
Are manuals for 2013/2015 available for purchase somewhere?

Hi Raokman,
If you can't get your NAV partner to present bug reports or improvements suggestions, you can approach Microsoft directly from here:
or, a deeper link here: connect.microsoft.com/.../Feedback
(no payment applies, as you'd expect)
I invite my NAV customers for customer satisfaction surveys that Microsoft runs more than once a year. Not all customers participate, which is a discouraging for my company and for Microsoft. I think most are not as vocal as you are on this forum.
Best regards,
Nuno Lima
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have already sent a mail to microsoft regarding this. Waiting for a response from them.
Is it true that you have to PAY to report a NAV bug to Microsoft?
Hi Raokman,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had such a negative experience with your NAV Partner, very frustrating!
As a licensed user you would access to the course materials directly through CustomerSource, meaning you don't have to bother with your unhelpful Partner. If you were not already provided a login by Microsoft or your Partner (sounds like probably not), you can go here for more information on getting access:
https://mbs.microsoft.com/CustomerSource/Global/Help/Help
The courses are also available in an online format through Microsoft's Online Learning website here:
https://onlinelearning.microsoft.com/
I'm not sure how the access works for that site, but it seems to be linked to your customer information so if you're registered on CustomerSource your login should work on the Online Learning site as well.
Regards,
Rob

Hello,
I am referring to the link to www.cbsi-corp.com which both you and Tharanga posted above. To your second point, refer to the license (which comes in the zip file with each course):
Except as expressly permitted in this agreement, you may not:
Rob,
Which links are you referring to, the mbs links only work if you are partner or customer, providing link is just to provide where they exist, we are not downloading and distributing the material.
Anyhow thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Hi Suresh, you should be aware that Microsoft's Courseware is provided to partners and customers under license, and providing a link to distribute it on these forums is a violation of that license.
Thank you
Those area available in the partnersource. I will check few other places and get back to you on this. :)
