No cost roll up

hi

we are trying to transfer and item form one warehouse to another (all in the one site)

but it wont let me ship, stating it has no cost rollup, activate the item cost price

the item is setup with standard cost, and it has an active cost, so i am not sure why AX is saying otherwise?

any ideas for me?

mal

    Hi raff,

Can you check if your transfer order is backdated to a date where no cost price existed? Another issue might be a local country-feature that causes this issue - I remember that there is a country-feature e.g. or India available who also posts transfers within sites.

Also check if a system modification triggered this error message.

Everything else seems ok from what you write.

    Hope it helps, Ludwig

Check also the dimension group - have you configured it for example to cost by warehouse, and do you have a cost for the warehouse along the chain to enable this?

    HI Ludwig

date is not the issue as i created a new transfer order with this item after i tried re costing the item, the warehouse is also in the same country (i cant transfer it to any warehouse)

we have a mod in transfer orders, so i will check with the developers to see if they can spot anything

    thanks

Including the in-transit warehouses included in the transfer order - is this defined in the same site as the to and from warehouse?
