I run a ssrs report, at parameter dialog print, in field Print Destination, i choose to save it to a excel file (instead of print to screen). If i run ssrs report by a menu item, it can save a file, but not saving a file when I run it by batch job.

    Hi,

It seems the AOS user account may not have access rights to the folder where you are trying to save the file (or) it might be on the client computer. Please, specify a shared folder path (UNC path like \\servername\Folder) and try it.

Your problem is that you are not using a network share. A batch job is running server-side within the AX AOS process, thus providing a folder on your local computer or on the terminal server does not make sense, since it would be looking for that folder on the AOS instance.

If the folder does exist, then the batch would complete, but you should be searching for the file on the AX AOS instance which you have configured as your batch server.

The best way to avoid such issue is as per Chaitanya's suggestion, use a network file share, and for both the folder locally and within the share settings the AX AOS execution account must have Full Access permissions.
