Trying to download Navision 4.0 to open an archived database. Is Navision 4 the same as Microsoft NAV 4.0? Any gotchas I should be aware of?

Navision is the old name of now called "Microsoft Dynamics NAV". so yes, it's the same. Be aware, that the dataformat of the nav database was changed from version to version. so it could be, that you must convert the database, if the database is from an older nav version.
