Hello,
My main question is if there is a way for users to interact with the displayed data right on the same dashboard page.
We are working on a new Dashboard design for our call center. Right now I am working on the user flow enhancement and am trying to reduce the number of clicks for our call center reps.
Here is the existing flow:
on Dashboard, click on "new case"-----> on the Case page (enter the caller's name, case reason, case note then a case id number will be generated), then click on "new case activity" -------> Case Activity page
(Note: each case might include more than one case activity)
I was wondering if it's possible to add an input field (form) in the interactive dashboard where all the actions on the case page are done right there on the dashboard (enter the caller's name, case reason, and case note then a case id number will be generated, then click on "new case activity")?
Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
Thanks
Hi Lida,
Interactive dashboards come with two types: Single-Stream and Multi-Stream. A stream is another name of a CRM view.
In the interactive dashboard, you can click 'select multiple records to perform bulk actions' button in the stream:
Then you can view '+ New Case' button in the top of the stream.
Click it, one quick create form will appear in the right of the page:
But you need edit the record to open form if you want to add case activity or notes.
Or if you are using multi-stream in the dashboard, you can add activity in the dashboard directly:
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
