    Hi Shoaib,

What is the link/relationship between Entity A and Entity B?

When do you want to trigger this plug-in to update Feedback field in Entity B?

    Hi ShoaibKhan,

What you want is to update the child records when the parent record is updated.

You can refer following link, which provides detailed steps:

Update Child Record When Parent Record is Updated – Using Plugin – CrmKnowHow (wordpress.com)

Or you can try to use workflow/flow to achieve it, which are no-code ways:

    (1) Workflow:

There is no OOB step in workflow to update child records, you need firstly download Solution: Dynamics 365 Workflow Tools and import it.

Once the Solution file is downloaded and imported into your organization, setting-up a Process/Workflow for this is very straightforward.
