how i can Setup for each customer turnover target ?

Do I understand correctly you would like to put a sales target for each customer for some future period, and then later on analyze if this target has been met?
If so, you can use functionality of Budgets.

You can setup the turnover target for every customer by going through "Sales Analysis" Report on the search box, so you can design your report as you want.
