Outlook nav Add-in Installation

Hi,

I have a problem to install the nav 2013 add-in for Outlook 2007. After installation, the addin appears as inactive.

Did anyone had his problem?

It's possible to install this add-in with Outlook 2007 in the  NAV 2013 prerequisites.

    I tried with the office 2010 the outlook add in was installed in a silent mode, i did not get trouble and i did not install any service packs as well.

    I could solve the Problem on my side - updating Outlook 2007 to 2010 made it possible to activate the Add-in.

    On this machine was a Trial Version of Office 2010 installed, as we bought it and we deinstalled this and installed Office 2007 because of the policy in this Company. Maybe the preinstallation of 2010 would have caused the issue? - because all of my other Trials to solve the problem were not successful.

    same issue here with Outlook 2007 with SP - add in will not be loaded and throws an runtime error on loading.

    Using Add-In-Spy shows us the error: "die assembly wird von einer laufzeit erstellt die aktueller als die derzeit geladene ...", which means in English "This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded"

    It Looks for me like an issue with .Net, but we are using nav 2013 and so we have .net 4.5.1 installed on this Client.

    Could it be an issue with interop?

    I use the SP3 of office but nothing change with updates....

    Microsoft Office 2007 SP1 is required for Outlook client integration. Are you use Office 2007 or Office 2007 SP1?
