Issue with Posted Bank Reconciliation Report

Hello Team
 
I have prepared the Bank Reconciliation in Navision for March 2024. However, I noticed that the Outstanding Bank Transactions and Outstanding Checks fields are not zero as they should be. The figures displayed do not match any combination of transactions for the month.
Could you please provide assistance on this matter?

    Hi 

    Some of the steps to debug your problem 
     
    1. Check if you have multiple statement posted for same period if so filter with all the statement no.s 
    2. Check if you have any unreconciled entries in that period - you can navigate to bank account ledger entries filter statement no. not equal ot blank

    There's an issue with the report since update v24 and outstanding transactions. You will have to wait for Microsoft to fix it or get a developer to fix it.
