Change physical status

Hi everyone,

I have marked some stock as Not Available, sold but this is incorrect. They should be in stock and available. When I try to back them out, it allows me to put them in stock but none of the reason codes match what I need to do. I need to fix this ASAP, can you explain how?

    Hello Colfish,

    I noticed the pdf that you shared but the screen and menu item does not look familiar.

    Is it part of an ISV solution?

    If so, contact your ISV solution provider.

    If this issue is really urgent for you, you can log a service request to double confirm with Microsoft support team. They can do live meeting to unblock this issue with you together.

    Can you share exactly how you marked them as 'not available'?
