User not syncing between 0365 and Dynamics after assigning license

Hey guys, I'm currently running a trial instance of Dynamics 365 (Online) but have an issue where an existing O365 user does not sync to Dynamics after I assign a license to that user from the O365 admin center. I tried all the options to force a sync and also waited over 24 hours but still no sync happening. Anyone have an idea of how to resolve this? Much appreciated!

Look in your Dynamics 365 Admin Center, select the instance for your Dynamics 365, then click on Edit. See if there is a Security Group listed in the security group field. If so, then go to Office 365 and add the user to the security group.

Since this is a trial, most folks don't go to this level of security, but it doesn't hurt to check. You can also try removing the license, saving the user account, then re-adding the license. This should kick off the sync again.

Also, be sure you are looking in Dynamics 365 at ALL the users listed. You may be looking at the "Enabled Users" list and the user you are looking for may not be in that list. It doesn't hurt to check to see if all the users are listed.

    Hi,

I would suggest to contact Microsoft as it is related to license.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks Aaron,

Unfortunately there is no SG listed at the instance level.  I've also verified against your recommendations but still no progress.

Use Force Sync user action of Power Platform Management connector or PowerShell cmdlets for the same.
