    Hi Silvano,

Is the item you are looking for a non-stocked service item?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi ludwig

No it is a stockable item with a lot of received quantities

    I see.

When creating an inventory counting journal you have to select the inventory dimensions. Have you possibly missed an important one here?

Another thing to look out is whether the item has recently been stopped for inventory transactions?!

Then also check the filters that have possibly been selected when creating the journal lines.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Silvano,

In the released product form there are default order settings and site-specific parameters.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

nevertheless i did notice something ,

on this item that is not appearing , it is not allowing me to add site specific order settings

says it already exist, this could be the issue , right?

because when i created the count journal , it said that some items didn't have these parameters , so that is why it was not retrieving them, i could be wrong , what do you think?

    regards

    Hi Silvano,

Can you actually add the item manually by selecting it in a new journal line?

(What I got is that the 'create' functionality does not work correctly)

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
