Hi all,

I need to skip legal entities restriction that are applied to the user. Is it applicable?
I have Form that I should show all legal entities name's but currently only the legal entities from non-restricted entities are appeared.

Any hint?

It depends upon the save data per company property on the table.

I need to return all legal entities that have records in table let's called it "Table1" that has "save per company " equal yes.

so, the Form has 2 girds the first one return all legal entities that have records in Table 1 and the second grid return all data from table1 for the current "selected " legal entity

Is the grid is for viewing purpose only or it will have New and Delete button?

If its for viewing purpose you can create a cross company query and add that to a view. you can use that view as form datasource for one grid.

For 2nd grid you can use table1 to view the current legal entity data.

If the grid has CRUD operation then this cannot be achievable because you don’t know in which company the user created records will be saved.

Hi Waed,

Can you elaborate on the full requirement? I'm not able to understand what should be achieved and what attempts you made so far. What is in this case a "restricted entity"? Is this related to organization assignment on a role to limit the access to particular legal entities?

Hi Andre,

Yes, "I mean organization assignment on a role to limit the access to particular legal entities", what I want to achieve is to get all legal entities that have related records on certain table (save per company yes) let us call it table1, this data should appear on gird1. In grid 2 I want to show all data from the table1 based on the selected record (company from grid 1). What I have now when the user has restriction on security role. the data that is returned only from the legal entities that the user has grant on it.

Any hint?
