Hi guys

I think this should be possible (most likely using Web Resources) but has anyone added a description to a section heading in the CRM like you can do on the Portals? More specifically I'm looking to do something like this:

I have a section on my form in D365 that looks like this:

Where the red arrow is, I'd like to add some description to the area to provide some detail to what the section is about.

On the Portal I have the following:

So I'm looking to add something similar to the section heading on the CRM. There isn't anything obvious I can think of so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanx

Steven

    Hey Steven,

Glad you sort this out. Would it be possible for you to share your solution here for anyone who is looging for the ssame/ similar implementation?

No probs Ravi. I merely add this as a Web Resource to the top of Section. To do this I opened the form in edit mode and then on the Insert menu chose Web Resource (to add a Web Resource).

I then created a new Web Resource with a Content Type of HTML and then chose the text Editor to create the file that I want to add (the HTML elements for the heading area). Once I'd done this I Saved and Published this.

I then added a Field Name and Label for the Web Resource before making my Formatting options.

The result provides me with what I was after. The Sections have their Label Headings and I now have the descriptors below the Heading.
