Hi, I try to install zetadocs express. I do not have permission to CU 9041223. I checked my license file and granule id = 9041210 (Zetadocs Express) is included. Send function (Send & Save Button) doesn’t work.

If you have a 'Microsoft Dynamics Business Ready' service plan, please ensure you have refreshed your NAV licence since 30th May 2012. You will then have the correct granule for Zetadocs Express that gives all the required permissions.

Hello Zarko,
Please can you try refreshing your NAV licence again using VOICE. If the Zetadocs Granule was added to your licence before April 2012 then it will require updating so that you can use the latest version of Zetadocs, the Zetadocs Express Granule still has the same ID (9041210).
To refresh the license, log into PartnerSource and use Voice to download an updated NAV licence. If after doing this you still have the same issue, please can you give me some more information on this error including a screenshot of the error you get when trying to 'Save & Send', which RTC page you are using & version of Zetadocs Express. Thank you.
