End user wants modifications to a stored procedure which is attached to an SSRS report
Trying to find who created the original stored procedure

How would I find what stored procedures come with GP vs developed externally?

This is a default SP provided by Microsoft for the SSRS collection of reports, and obviously made for the PA module..
I could only suggest to make a copy of that SP, assuming it can be edited (some Microsoft SP's are encrypted, not edit possible) in order to make the customization you want to this SP.. It's not a good idea to alter the existing one, as it might get overwritten during the next service pack or update in GP.
The Software Development Kit has them. Microsoft hasn't updated it in a while, but you can see the nomenclature they use and see isn't used. It's under Parameters for Project accounting. docs.microsoft.com/.../mdgp2016_softwaredevelopmentkits_372
It looks like they may have taken an existing one and modified it.
