Image not visible in email body of a Case

HI All,

I need a assistance please, i am currently using CRM  Cases to log calls for customers

When a mail is sent into CRM , I am able to view the content but not the Images

Please share your thoughts

    Hi Kylo,

    If you use an Image hosted in public server, you will be able to see the image.

    HI PG,

    thank you i will have a look at the link,

    I am sending test mails from a gmail account with an image in the body of the mail , which i cannot see in the case of the original mail.

    Hi Kylo,

    You have to host the image and use the link in your email. Maybe host it in an external site and in an entity store the URL Refer this url in your email template.
