How to integrate/ connect MS Sharepoint 2013 + MS Dynamics AX 2009 with CRM online 2013

Hi, can anyone please give me an answer on how to integrate these solutions together? I can find a lot of information on SP and CRM but not when it comes to connection with AX 2009, there seems to be much more info on AX 2012.

So, my final question is, how do I connect these three solutions together? More detailed info please. I've read about MS Connector and Scribe, but how will these work with spesific AX 2009?

    Sharepoint 2013 is not supported on AX2009.
