I have a question, i"m implementing Knowledge articles and create and write a lot of them. But the Customer service representants won't just be English spoken. It will be global from various countries, and my question is, is there a possibility to translate all the English knowledge articles to different languages in a quick and easy way?? Otherwise each country will need to translate each article by themselves which will need a lot of time and effort,

that is an interesting requirement and I believe you are not alone out there :)
I guess it depends on what you mean with "quick and easy".
Let me share my thoughts:
1. In order to translate automatically, you would need to leverage a machine translation service. Speaking on the Azure side, that would be possible via the "Translator", part of Azure Cognitive Services
2. You would need to leverage that service in an automated way to run through all your existing and newly created knowledge articles, which should be doable via custom workflow activities or any other scheduled jobs communicating to D365 CE via an API.
3. "Quick and easy": As point 2 might not be that quick, you can explore of Power Automate (Flow) can make your life easier here. I checked and found a Translator connector already existing:
