We're having very frustrating intermittent error in Management Reporter:
A connection to the server could not be established. Check the server address and try again
OR
Can't connect to the Management Reporter Server. Do you want to specify a different server address?

We have to wait a bit at the workstations and keep testing, it is totally random. It may take 3 minutes or 10 minutes or maybe even all day for the error to surface, but again nothing consistent. And, I've been randomly trying to get the error on a workstation that had the error at around 2pm and I haven't gotten an error.
Once it connects and we're working it may randomly return the same error when generating a report.
We've checked out the obvious:
-Mismatched version between Client & Server
-User Permissions
-Date and Time Zone of clients are with 5min of the server
-MMR Services Login is a service account with Admin rights
-MMR uses port 4712 and we have set up an MMR Inbound Rule
-The Event Viewer doesn't show MMR errors at all
-Service has been stopped and restarted
-Firewall is off
It's the hardest problem to troubleshoot because it's so random. Please let me know if anyone else has had the same problem!
