Licensing impact - when D365 Human Resources Infrastructure merge?

Dear, 

I saw the roadmap for the D365 Human Resources Infrastructure merge into D365 F&O - HR module, please give me advise the licensing impact:

1. will be following licensing of D365HR (120 usd/user & ESS: 4 usd/user) or licensing of D365 F&O (including 03 type users: operations, activity and teammember)?

2. Current customer using HR module and have a lot of deep payrol customization, the impact when merge D365HR?

    the subscription licensing still following D365 HR app and D365 Project opreation app after merge to D365F&O.
