Hi Ially. I see you have another question in the forum regarding Timesheet delegates. You could try use this functionality by creating a delegate for the terminated employee and submit it as that user. If that doesn't work, then the delegate may need to re-create the timesheet on behalf of the terminated user (using the terminated Employee ID for the timesheet) and submit it then.

Sorry ially. I misread your other question, so my statement above is incorrect. To explain a  what I meant a bit better, you can try follow the following suggestion:

    1. Navigate to Project Management and Accounting -> Setup _> Timesheets -> Delegates.

    2. Create a new record with the terminated employee in the worker field and an active employee in the delegate column.

    3. As the active employee open the All timesheet form and try submit the problematic timesheets.

    Thanks Jonathan ,

Can we have any audit log report to check that who created the TS for teminated employees in standard AX 2012 R2 ?

Hi Ially. If the timesheet is created on behalf of an alternate employee the timesheet will still be for that alternate employee along with all their costings etc, however the createdby field will reflect the actual person who created it it

    Thanks Jonathan ,

The problem is once the employee terminated Ax does not have the employee and user relation .. then how to solve this issue ?

Hi Ially. It does not matter if there is a relationship anymore. As long as an alternate user is granted on-behalf of rights for this employee.

I'm curious though why there is no relationship anymore. Surely the old user was just disabled, but the relationship remains.
