Hi All,
I am using CRM 2016 onpremise instance. In SLA item configuration, I would like to add the "Failure After" condition for 5 days. But till 3 days only existing. SLA item entity is not customizable. Is there any other way, can I add 5 days for the condition. Please suggest if any solution is there.

I am using CRM 2016 OnPremise instance. I have created SLA and routing rule with the condition matching with subject. We have added subject master for our requirement and used this subject in SLA and Routing rule. During case creation, even though the subject is matching with routing rule and SLA, it's triggering it. Am I missing any settings. Kindly suggest the solution.

It seems that you can type the duration you want into that field.Hope that helps!
