Database synchronization error in NAV

Hi

I'm working on NAV 2017 using Extensions but while installing the NAVApp i get an error

"the tenant database and the application database are not synchronized"

Can someone help me with how to  synchronize it.

    Use Sync-NAVTenant command to sync the database.

    I used Sync-NAVTenant it displays the deleted tables. following is a screenshot of Sync-NAVTenant. What step should I take after this.

    If you dont need those tables anymore then use Force option while Sync-NAVTenant like

    Sync-NAVTenant -ServerInstance DynamicsNAV100 -Mode ForceSync
