Maintenance Worker Analysis Report

My company uses Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. My query is regarding Asset Management, specifically Asset Maintenance.

I need a report that lists each maintenance worker and a full analysis on them. I need the worker's information, hours worked, work orders handled, and so on.

Note that I need the maintenance worker, not the warehouse worker.

Is such a report available?

    Hi,

    As you're talking about Analysis report, there is one Maintenance management available currently. You can take a look at dashboard tile named : Maintenance Request management.

    It is also contain Analytics report build with Power BI report, under Tab Analytics.

    I there a report I can generate? I saw the analysis page but it didn't show me the data I need.

    Hi,

    To view the standard F&O analytics reports you must first Refresh Entity Store. It is under System Administration / Setup / Entity Store. The report you want is named : Assets maintenance request.

    However to utilize this, it will be depend on your machine / environment. Are you in OneBox demo environment or Multi-tier environment.

    For Multi-tier, just go with the above steps
