Including the ststus "Abandoned" as a column in a "View"in Opportunities

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi

I hope someone can help me with my query.

In Opportunities when I want to Abandon an Opportunity I go to "Process" in the top menu and select Abandon - That OK.

My question is - How do I include a column in a "View" in Opportunities for the "Abandon Status"?

How can I create a "view" for my list of Opportunities and easily see the ones that are Abandoned and the ones that are not?

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

Kevin

if you want to create this view as personal you can do it easily from the advanced find and share it with other users, if you want it to be a system view then you have to be a system adminstartor or a system customizer to do this action any way the process is almost the same

Pleas refer to this link on how to create both personal and system views
