I created a new Contact Card but it won't show up to select on Case form

I created a brand new "contact card" that I want to use as a Quick View form on the Case form.

When I create a Quick View form on the Case entity and select Contact as the related entity the new contact card form I created does not show up.  Only the existing system ones show up.

I published all customizations and checked again but it still isn't showing.  Does anyone know why?

    Hello,

Make Sure you published all customization. Because sometimes if we didnt publish properly it wont display the same.

    Hi partner,

The type of new "contact card" form you created is quick view form of contact?

Although it has card in its name, its form type should not be card.

Only quick view form can be shown in the list.
