AADSTS9000411: The request is not propetly formatted. The parameter 'login_hint' is duplicated. When trying to run a flow from dynamics sales.

Hello, 

I have some users who get the following error message: "AADSTS9000411: The request is not propetly formatted. The parameter 'login_hint' is duplicated." When trying to run a from inside a form in dynamics sales. 

The screen looks like this:

When thay press "flow" in the ribbon, they are directed to this window direcly and does not get the "flow menu" where you ususally can select from the following options:

Any ideas what it could be?

    Hi,

    Can you please check and confirm if you have enable Microsoft flow for your organization from System settings->Customization dialog.

    Yes we have it enabled. And it is strange because some users are able to run the flow.

    We had the same issue - it disappeared when the user logged off from Dynamics, restarted the browser and logged in again
