Data exchange definition - exports to CSV ok, but now I need a header and footer line.

Hi

I have set up the data definition for a corporate account - that works fine. I export it to a csv without any problems.

I need to include a header and footer line - otherwise the bank won't accept it. I have added in the lines:

The first line of my csv has to start with H, the detail lines all start with D and the footer must start with T.

At the moment I am only getting the lines that start with D and the header / footer are not showing on the CSV.

Have I missed something?

    Hi,

    Are you trying to export a payment file from Payment Journal, right?

    If that’s the case, the payment journal doesn't have a header or a footer – only lines for the records.  That’s the reason why the header and the footer are not exported in CSV.

    I believe you would need a customization to get that result.

    you need a value in the length field.  I would assume it would be 1
