Hello All,
We have started using Customer Voice recently and have come across what appears to be a bug with the calendar when Custom is selected.
Today is Fri 23/07/2021 but the calendar is showing Fri 22/07/2021 instead.
Our organisation is using Customer Voice within an AU (Australian) data center and our respective computers are all set to the UTC+10 (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney) timezone.
What could be the reasons for this bug and what can we do to rectify this?
