Why Sales Line not show Financial dimensions in lookup?

In AX2012, in the tab Financial Dimension - the Lookup not show the Financial Dimension values?

There is any way to check in to setup/parameters?
It sounds like missing parameters, in another environment, I'm able to see the values.

Can you see the dimension values on e.g. the customer details form? Or is it also empty here?

Dear @Martin, thanks for your comment. Yes, I'm able to see the values in General ledger > Chart of accounts > Dimensions > Financial dimensions.
It seems not load the value only in Sales Line Fianclai Dimension tab (and not use the rules).

Why Sales Line not show Financial dimensions in lookup?

There may be many reasons. First of all, tell us whether it's really limited to sales line only. Do you see values in General ledger > Chart of accounts > Dimensions > Financial dimensions? There is Dimension values button for this purpose.

If you don't see values there, go back to the dimension and tell us what value you see in Use values from field.
