Hi,
When i am trying to activate the solution (Sharepoint 2010) i am getting error:
"The sandboxed code execution request was refused because the Sandboxed Code Host Service was too busy to handle the request."

We've not seen this error before, however please check that the following services are running:
After checking the above, try uploading and activating the solution again.
Otherwise, there are some other suggestions here you could try.
