How to make a corporate business process library visible in other projects

Hi,

I have a project library that I have published and approved as a corporate library.

I want to access the processes in this library from a separate project (this is what I had understood the purpose of corporate libraries to be...?), but the library isn't visible in other projects in order to copy down.

Does anyone have experience of successfully using a corporate business process library across multiple LCS projects for one or more of the D365 ERP products?

Hi Graeme,

First, you need to open the new project. If you then select a corporate BPM, there is an option to copy the library. It will then create a copy within the project scope.

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately the library that I have published and approved is not visible as a corporate library in other projects.

Does it need to be a matching product, e.g. commerce to commerce / finance to finance?
