BANK NAME - DATA CONVERSION LIST

Hi, I'm trying to set up the Bank Data Conversion Set up.  I entered my bank log in and password and the sign up URL (and the rest), I log into my bank through the web button, all successful.  Then I click on "bank name - data conversion list" and  "update bank name list" and, after it's done searching, I get the error "The expected data was not received from the web service."  Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?  I'm using PNC Bank.

    could be a problem with the firewall/proxy/anti virus settings.
