For Document Events (e.g., Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoices): Business Central doesn’t have a built-in feature specifically for alerting users directly upon releasing or posting documents out of the box. However, you can use Business Events combined with Power Automate to notify specific users when these documents are released or posted.
For Overdue Invoices: There is no standard alert for overdue invoices. You can use Job Queues or Scheduled Tasks with custom code to check for overdue invoices and send notifications.
