How to generate excel file using power automate and send it as an attachment ??

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to run the ms flow on weekly basis and sent the report(using List row) as an excel and this excel should be attached in the mail.

As I have checked few links where we can achieve this through one-drive connector. Can't we create the excel file inside the power automate only and send as an attachment ? because through one drive connect, every week there will be a new excel file and in future we need to delete those old excel files.
