Trace parser Register Issue

Hi, 

Try to register the db in trace parser, getting below error. Kindly suggest what I am missing,

    I don't know. The earlier error message said "Verify there is enough free space in the drive to save the server side trace file in the Log directory of the AOS", so according to that it will need space on the disk where the AOS is installed.

    I cannot able to save in C: Drive, that's why saving in D:Drive. But I have to save the file in C:Drive ?

    Are you sure you are saving the trace in this disk? This is determined in the tracing dialog. Perhaps you are saving in folder that is in some other disk, such as C:\Users\YourUserName

    Now the error is 'There is not enough space on the disk.' Drive already have 600GB

    You need to start AX client "as administrator" if you want to capture trace. Try that first and let us know if it helps.

    Thanks for everyone, issue sort outed

    Now, Tracing cockpit -> Start Trace, getting error

    Error :

    Verify there is enough free space in the drive to save the server side trace file in the Log directory of the AOS and that the AOS service is running with an account that has privileges to start tracing.

    And I checked my drive have 600GB data available ? kindly suggest

    As already mentioned "Trace Parser will create it for you, just specify a name that doesn't already exist as a database."

    No , it will create it for  you if you enter a name in the DB field that doesn't exist in the selected server

    So that I have to create a database in ssms ?

    You need to create a dedicated database for the trace parser data. Such as "AXTrace". Trace Parser will create it for you, just specify a name that doesn't already exist as a database.

    Next time when you use trace parser, you can use this same database.
