we are on the way to implement QR Bill to our company. Now with all our bank account it works besides one, the biggest one.

We have tried to import the cam.054 file but the time and date format is not correct due to the examples of microsoft. the bank will not change the date and time format for us.

here is the actual screenshot who broad up the error. We tried to manually change the "ToDtTm" Field and after this it worked. Do you guys have a possible solution to implement such a function into Dynamics Finance without having a separate tool in place who changes the XML Files?

Thank you for your help and I am looking forward to hear from you.

I have the same question (0)

    You can create a derived version of ISO20022 Camt054.

    Per today, format yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss.FFFK used for date nodes.

    You can either change it in regards to your bank format or create limit for max and min to read the Camt054 files. Please test in your test environment and updates us if you need assistance.

    Hi Alireza

    Could you tell me more about how to change this? We recieve the XML File with 24:00:00 and this is not supported by microsoft. How could I change this in the Format Designer?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi Dominic,

    Sure. Do you use Camt054D (Vendor approved payment) or Camt054C (Customer Payment file)?

    Have you a test file with one trans that you can share? If not, can you provide me date format for nodes that exist in the xml file?

    e.g.

    <CreDtTm>2021-02-03T08:15:32</CreDtTm>

    <BookgDt>

    <Dt>2021-02-02</Dt>

    </BookgDt>

    <ValDt>

    <Dt>2021-02-02</Dt>

    </ValDt>

    RE: Camt.054 File unable to import due to time and date format

    Hi Dominic_23,

    There is nothing with date format here, if you use the provided format in your Camt054 file. Please check that if you use correct setup on your GER config and Customer payment method.

    GER Config - I have tested with version 85.27 in standard and the provided date format and it works fine.

    pastedimage1637325555732v3.png

    Check if Payment model mapping to destination ISO20022 has "Default"

    pastedimage1637325575329v4.png

    Customer method of payment. Check if bank account number that exists in the file is the same that you have it on your method of payment.

    The provided error message is not clear enough. Please check the setup in D35FO and the Camt054 file and try to import the file again.

    Hi Alireza,

    pastedimage1637327923685v1.png

    I tried to follow your guideance but still there is this error which leads to the date and time format :-(

    If I change the XML CAMT.054 File and change the 24:00:00 to 23:59:59 it works but it does not accept 24:00:00 but the bank also does not want to change this format for us.

    RE: Camt.054 File unable to import due to time and date format

    Hi Dominic,

    I can just repro the issue if I use 24:00:00 in the time for Date time nodes. Do you usually get Camt054C with 24:00:00 as date time?

    When i use other alternatives (e.g. 08:00:00 , 20:00:00) it works fine.

    RE: Camt.054 File unable to import due to time and date format

    Hi Alireza,

    It's from our Main Bank Account (UBS) which sends us the Camt.054 Files with the time of 24:00:00 set. I requested to change it according to the standards of Microsoft but they won't change it.

    This is why I am looking now for a "out of the Box" approach to change the time from 24:00:00 to 23:59:59 inside of Dynamics without customizing a lot. Do you have an Idea of how this could be accomplished?

    RE: Camt.054 File unable to import due to time and date format

    Hi Dominic_23,

    As soon as node <CreDtTm> have correct datetime format you can import the Camt054C file.

    You can also create a derived version of ISO20022 Cam054

    pastedimage1637652447489v1.png

    and then click on "Designer" and add a transformation formula that when a date time format is 24:00:00, it replaces it to 23:59:59

    pastedimage1637652561297v2.png

    Then set the status for this config to Completed and add this config to your customer payment method:

    pastedimage1637652636736v3.png

    pastedimage1637652673741v4.png

    Then, try to import the payment file. I have just tested and it works fine:

    pastedimage1637652801340v5.png

    pastedimage1637652890484v6.png

    I hope it helps you.
