Marketing Page - Not Loading

Hi,

Has anyone had issues with the marketing pages stalling or timing out? We linked to a marketing page in one of our email sends and now it will not load. The email went to about 8,000 people and we have had 300 open it. We have had about 1,000 people open the email thus far and less than half clicked the link. I would think that the system could handle this? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have set the marketing page in a portal, you can refer to the following doc to find the error logs.

Or please provide the error message or screenshot shown in the page to me.

Hi Nya,

There is no error message nor errors when we check. The page just will not load it simply spins.
